Our reports give you a helpful tool to use to improve your standards which can assist training staff or monitor contractors to provide the level of expertise you expect from them.

How long do I need for an on-site inspection or assessment?

This really depends on what you want us to assess and how thorough you want the report. Our starting price is for 2 hours however if for example you have a 4 bedroom property or business premises with large square meterage with many areas then it will take a lot longer to check everything.

I have specific requirements, can you tailor your product to my needs?

Absolutely and we will discuss in advance of the assessment your specific requirements, so we have a clear understanding of your needs.

How much do you cost?

Please see our prices page. The longer you require our services the larger the discount and we can happily provide a quote if you have specific unique needs.

How long does it take to write up the report?

Compiling and writing up the report takes far longer than the assessment. A 4 hour in-depth assessment might take a couple of days to produce the final report.

What format do provide the report in?
We will email you a PDF document which will contain clear points alongside corresponding images. For package price options we will send you a link to the high resolution photo album for you to download directly. We can also provide printed copies on request at an extra charge.
When do I get the report?

We are committed to a fast turn-around, so we aim to email this to you within 7 days. This might take longer should long-distance travel be a factor.

When do I pay?

We will do the assessment and invoice you prior to sending you the report. We kindly request you make payment within 7 days sending us the payment confirmation.
